The majority of the work will be as simple as recognizing an individual as an employee and allowing them entry onto the property. Other task may be to answer phone, complete daily reports, give directions and assist those needing assistance. We provide the uniform, paid training and daily support as you grown in knowledge and experience. You will be required, by Arkansas law, to obtain a Private Security License. We will assist you in the process from beginning to end. Those with a current guard card move to the front of the line. Those with documented leadership experience in the security field should mention it in the interview. Our process will be as follows: phone interview (10minutes); face to face interview (30 minutes) Orientation (one hour) and OJT (10 plus hours in both classroom and hands on task) Zero Felony convictions is a must!
